Should i let outside faucet drip?

There are 5 drops per minute outside. Unless temperatures are expected to be at least 28 degrees for at least 4 hours, this is not necessary. Water softeners need to be drained and protected from cold weather. In cold weather, let water trickle from inside faucets.
