Should you use aluminum foil in the oven?

Baking pans should be lined with foil. This will make it easy to clean up brownies, roasted vegetables, and anything else that has oil on it. Food can stick to it, so you may want to coat regular foil with vegetable cooking spray or use a new sheet with each batches. Don't use foil in a microwave.
