Potential Issues

  • washing machine water is cold

Your washing machine's water temperature should be based on the type, material, and color of items being washed, as well as your personal preference. On most models of washers there is an automatic water temperature selection for each type of wash cycle. This can be changed by pressing the water temperature selector. Some preset cycles will only allow for certain temperatures. To prevent the wrong water temperature, you should set your preferred water temperature after selecting the wash cycle.
