What does a refrigerator evaporator fan motor do?

A fan blows air from the fridge over the coil. The liquid refrigerant cools the refrigerator by absorbing heat from the air and blowing it back into it at a lower temperature. As it warms up and moves to the compressor, the liquid refrigerant starts to evaporate.
