What does high head pressure mean in hvac?

The most common problem seems to be malfunctioning TXVs. There is air contamination in the system. There was air flow blocked across the coil. Normal to high sub-cooling, normal to high head pressure, normal to normal superheat, and normal to normal suction line pressure are some of the things that will show up in low condenser airflow.
