What happens when you backfeed a generator?

The generator backfeed cord has an electrical hazard. If the plug in the house falls out of the appliance outlet, it will cause the cord to go off. It is possible for someone to receive an electric shock if they fall onto the cord. The generator suicide cord is aptly named.
