What is arc time in welding?

Arc time is the time when an arcs is maintained. The Arc Voltage is the amount of electricity flowing through the welding arcs. A group of welding processes which produce coalescence of metals by heating them with anarc, with or without the application of pressure and with or without the use of filler metal.
