What is the difference between copper tubing and copper pipe?

Pipes are usually rigid and resistant to bending. A pipe with a schedule of 80 could have a 250mm nominal diameter. Tubes are classified based on their outside diameter measurement and thickness. A 2mm thickness copper tube could be 10mm.
