What is the time difference between convection oven and regular oven?

If a conventional oven recipe calls for the bread to be baked at 325F for one hour, then you should cook it at 300F in a convection oven. The rule of thumb for roasting meats in the oven is to reduce the time by 25% but keep the temperature the same.
