What is Vin and Vcc?

Voltage at the common collector (VCC) is the input of power to a device. Supply voltage is indicated by "V" and "CC" tell you whether the supply voltage is positive or negative. It is labeled with the “+” sign on NPN transistors chips that have semiconductor devices. Vin is the input to the on-board regulator, or "logic supply" in electronic software.
