When a person is exposed to an electrical current with low voltage it is a low hazard?
The greater the danger, the longer the exposure. Low voltage doesn't mean low hazard. There may be internal hemorrhaging and tissue and nerve damage caused by a severe shock. Circuit breakers show that there is too much current flowing.
