Where can air admittance valves be used?
The air suction valves (studor) are single-way mechanical valves activated by negative pressure. Most of the times used in an island well or in vanity, the valves are also located in the attic to avoid penetration of the roof (as discussed above) on the elevation of the front line of the roof.
