Why are we not getting hot water?

The upper thermostat is used to control the electric water heating elements. There will be a hot water problem if the thermostat is spoilt. If the lower thermostat is malfunctioning, the hot water won't get hot enough. Hot water issues can be solved by fixing your thermostat.
