Why does my bosch dishwasher not fill with water?

There can be calcium deposits in the water supply valve or in the small filter screen inside the water inlet valve over time. The dishwasher won't fill properly if the water inlet valve is dirty. Is that correct? If the valve is not working, you should inspect it. The water pressure should be checked to the valve.
