Why does my rv toilet bubble when i flush?

If the black tank vent on the roof of your RV is blocked by leaves, animals or something, the air in the black tank can't escape which may cause or contribute to your bubbles. Air has to escape when you flush because you pump more stuff down into the black tank every time.
