Why does the water level in the toilet drop when it s windy?

When the wind blows hard above the opening of the pipe, it creates rising air inside the pipe. ... As a result of strong wind above it, the air tries to rise out of the pipe. The water level in the toilet is affected by that. The water level goes back to normal as the gust goes down.
