Why is my gas oven flame low?

If your oven is always on Low Flame, this is usually a sign that the FFD is malfunctioning. The part is also called a Flame Safety device. As the sensor heats up, it expands a valve inside the Flame Failure Device, which causes the supply of gas to go down.
