HomeX Sub-Processors List

HomeX uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing HomeX services to Client Customers and Client Users.

A sub-processor is a third party company engaged by HomeX to process personal data (i) on behalf of HomeX customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by HomeX; (iii) in strict accordance with the terms of a written contract between HomeX and the sub-processor; and (iv) on behalf of employees and contractors of HomeX Clients.

HomeX imposes obligations on its sub-processors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures and safeguards ensuring that the sub-processing of personal data is protected to the standards required by applicable data protection laws.

Definitions:

"Client" means a consumer of HomeX that has a direct relationship or agreement to consume or use HomeX’s services.
"Client Users" means employees and contractors of Client and its Affiliates who are authorized by Client (and have not been expressly restricted from use by HomeX to use services provided by HomeX (which authorization is on a non-exclusive basis), and who have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Client (or by HomeX at Client’s request).
"Client Customers" means customers of the Client who interact with services provided by HomeX as required/determined by Client.

Duration of processing: For each sub-processor below, processing of personal data will be for the duration that the customer uses and continues to use the applicable HomeX service(s).
